The installation did not finish

The installer did not get to the end. Here is what that means and what to do about it. If none of it helps, write to us — we read every message.

No code was passed, so you did not arrive here from the installer.

What to try, in order

  1. Close Sverk if it is already running and start the installer again. Most of these errors are an installer that ran into a browser already running.
  2. Check that there is at least a gigabyte of free space on the disk.
  3. Download the installer again, below: the file may not have finished downloading, and a truncated installer looks exactly like any other.
  4. See whether your antivirus removed it. We do not have a purchased signing certificate yet, and some antivirus products take that strictly.

If none of that helped

Write to support@sverk.ai and include the error code above — it says at once which step stopped. Your Windows version and what you had managed to do also help.
